We Turned Our Pain Into Purpose
Real + Raw 30A began with a desire to live differently.
After an auto immune diagnosis in Ashley’s thirties, Our family began searching for a deeper, kind of wellness— one rooted in nourishment, intention, and a more natural way of caring for the body.
Then our daughter came to us from the Pacific Islands. After arriving in America, she became ill, and our eyes were opened to the powerful connection between what surrounds us, what we consume, and how we feel.
Those experiences changed us.
They changed the way we looked at food.
The way we cared for our family.
The way we thought about health—and ultimately, the way we wanted to live.
And somewhere along the way, our personal journey became a calling to create something for others.
A place where real food is made with intention.
Where ingredients matter.
Where you can slow down, gather, learn, move, restore, and connect.
A place that reminds us that wellness isn’t a trend—it’s a way of life.
Real + Raw was born from our own journey towards healing, but built for a community seeking something more.
